Aug 22!

The Gap is back in the house! It has been way too long since my last post. August 22 has been a big day in the history of my past. Actually just in the past 3 years, but with how it has gone these past 3 years, I am assuming it has happened ever since I was born.

Like this for example, this probably happened on August 22nd. As you can see, this has impacted my life in more than one way.
But the main two things have happened on this day that stick out in my mind. On August 22, 2007 I went through the Bountiful Temple for the first time. Pretty big day in my life. (PS Nessy is asleep on the couch next to me watching Marley and Me. She looks so cute and cuddly.) So that day always sticks out. Then, the next August 22, 2008. I was in Fayetteville, Arkansas with Elder Jurgensmeier. Fayetteville is just a sweet town in its self so that made the day sweet. That was probably the day when we went to a Razorback basketball game.
This definitely wasn't Aug 22 but it was on my mission which is kind of like Aug 22. That is the sharp Elder Begay.
But the most recent Aug 22, 2009 was a big day for Jenessa and I. It is when THIS happened...
Ok so it turns out this picture is kind of small, and some how my font got changed to blue...
This was also the first day I met my newest/first nephew Zach! What a stud. So this day has a lot of meaning for me if you haven't noticed. And to make this day special this year we are going to Grandma T's for dinner, and then out for games at my dads as a departing party for my sister Emily who will be taking off to BYU this week. Now, It is time to go finish Marley and Me with my Nessy. Glad I could finally post.

We're back (long post)

It has been exactly a month since we have blogged. For our loyal followers, we apologize. It has been such a crazy month but so much fun. It feels nice to be breathing again though.

To recap:Align Left

Bradford's mom, step-dad, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew all came to Utah so we spent time with them inPark City for a week. We had so much fun and itwas so relaxing for us. Bradford took off a few days of work and I slacked on my studies a bit so we could play games, hang out in the pool, and just chill together. It was a fun week with Bradford's family!

Bradford's siblings and mom at her graduation.

While in Park City we also celebrated Bradford’s birthday which was so fun! It was great to actually give him a gift in person this year rather than put together a care package, send it to the mission, and hope he likes it! Him being home is just so much more fun. Because of our crazy schedule however, we STILL have not been able to go out on a birthday date yet. It is happening this week, even though it is almost a month late. Happy Birthday Husband! Thanks for loving me, laughing at my jokes, and letting me cuddle with you. Enjoy being 22, I love you!!

The next big event was my friend Lindsay's wedding. It was such a fun day and Linds made one gorgeous bride. We love Lindsay and Adam and we are so happy they are in SLC with us now!

The following week we took off to Lake Powell with my family. Lake Powell is the best part of my year. We had so much fun and I was so glad Bradford was finally able to come with me! We’ll dedicate a whole post to Powell soon. For now, here is one picture of how we felt while in Powell…

After we got home from Powell we went and stayed with Bradford’s sister, Natalie because her husband was out of town and she is having a baby in about 2 weeks! It was fun to just chill with Nat, even though I was studying for finals the majority of the time. We are so excited for Baby Girl Farley to get here!!

The final event to make the blog recap was my friend/cousin Aubree’s wedding. Me and Aubs have been friends basically are whole lives, but about five years ago we became step-cousins; very convenient. Anyways, the wedding was beautiful and Aubree and Wade looked so happy. They will also live in SLC with us so that is great news as well!

My hot husband

One last thing for anyone still reading…finals are over; I can breathe. This is how we celebrated last night…

Raspberry smoothies and Phase 10. Just me and Husband. Perfect night.

One more semester to go…huzzah.

Love Always,

Jenessa
